Nature of the Site

The Site is purely informational. Its purpose is to present the engineering and artificial intelligence services Otimify offers and to let you request a diagnostic call. Nothing published on the Site constitutes a binding offer, professional advice or a guarantee of results for your company.

The examples, cases and figures shown illustrate work carried out in specific contexts. The results your company may obtain depend on its particular situation and are not guaranteed.

The diagnostic call

The diagnostic call you can request through the Site is free of charge and creates no obligation for either party. Its purpose is to understand your company's context, systems and needs, and to assess whether it makes sense to work together.

You can cancel or reschedule the call at any time by writing to lucas@otimify.net. Otimify reserves the right to reschedule the call or not to hold it if it considers that the request does not match the profile of companies it works with.

Engagement of services

Any provision of services between Otimify and your company will be governed exclusively by a separate written commercial proposal or contract, which will define the scope, timelines, price and applicable conditions. That document will prevail over these terms in everything related to the provision of the service. The content of the Site, a call request or the diagnostic call itself do not constitute the conclusion of a contract.

Use of the form

By completing the form you undertake to provide accurate, up-to-date information about your own company or one you are authorized to act on behalf of. You may not use the form to submit false, offensive or unrelated content, or to make automated or bulk submissions.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, design, structure, illustrations, diagrams, code and the Otimify Labs brand) is owned by Otimify or used under license, and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view it and share links to the Site, but you may not reproduce, modify, distribute or use it for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Third-party trademarks

The Site mentions names and logos of third-party systems and platforms (CRM, ERP, messaging tools, spreadsheets and others). All such trademarks belong to their respective owners. They are shown solely to indicate that Otimify can work with and integrate those tools, and do not imply sponsorship, affiliation, certification or endorsement by their owners.

Availability and disclaimer of warranties

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site available and its content accurate, but we provide it "as is", without any warranty of continuous availability, absence of errors or fitness for a particular purpose. We may modify, suspend or withdraw the Site, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice.

To the extent permitted by law, Otimify will not be liable for damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Site, from reliance on its content, or from interruptions, errors or technical failures.

Links to third-party sites

The Site may contain links to external websites. We do not control their content or privacy practices and accept no responsibility for them. Visiting those sites is your decision and is subject to their own terms.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The current version will be the one published on this page with its last-updated date. Using the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay. For any dispute arising from access to or use of the Site, the parties submit to the competent courts of the city of Montevideo, Uruguay, waiving any other jurisdiction that might otherwise apply, unless a mandatory rule of your country of residence provides otherwise.
