- Coexistence, not replacement
- We write adapters against your current systems. Nothing is switched off until the new path has run in parallel and your team has signed off on it.
- Idempotent synchronization
- Every write carries its own key and can be retried without duplicating. Queues reprocess themselves and conflicts resolve on an explicit rule, not by chance.
- Works offline
- Work in the field, in the warehouse or at the register cannot depend on signal. The operation continues on the device and syncs afterwards, with consistency verified.
- Reads from a replica
- When the latency of an external system becomes the problem, we keep our own replica and read from it, with writes always going against the system of record.
- Observability and rollback
- Every deployment is logged and can be reverted. Critical processes have alerts and a status dashboard our team watches, not only yours.

- Credentials live on the server, never in the browser. Each integration uses the smallest permission that suffices and can be revoked without touching the rest.

What exactly is the ecosystem diagnostic?
It is one week of our work on your operation. We map which systems you use, how they connect today and where time is lost. You get a map of your ecosystem, measured bottlenecks, three prioritized artificial intelligence opportunities and a 90-day plan. It starts with a 45-minute call, at no cost.
Do you work on my current CRM and ERP, or do we have to migrate?
We work on what you already have. We build integrations against your current systems and only propose replacing something when the cost of keeping it exceeds the cost of changing it, with the numbers on the table. Migrating an entire operation at once is the fastest way to stall a company.
What size of company do you work with?
Companies with a running operation: twenty people or more, several systems coexisting, and enough manual work that it already hurts. Below that, the problem is almost always solved by an off-the-shelf tool, and we will tell you so on the first call.
How much does a project cost?
Investment is scoped to the work that comes out of the diagnostic. We do not publish prices because a single integration and a complete ecosystem with custom applications are nothing alike. After the diagnostic you receive a proposal with closed scope and price.
How soon do we see the first result?
